A magnificent looking thing, but shockingly easy to prepare. This is one salad that is made to impress. The shrimps are the main draw & must be fresh. Play around with the dressing if you like!

A simple tomato sauce that originated from the port city of Naples - Marinara or Mariners Sauce is a straightforward recipe and is generally prepared with sour and spicy additions.

With a 15 minute cooking time, this is almost a no-cook dish. Substitute tuna for any fish/shellfish you want. Or use sliced chicken or ham or even just mushrooms
